Experience Days are delivered as personalised voucher kits that will allow you or the recipient to book the selected experience day at your convenience. Each voucher kit comes with everything you need to know to book the experience.

Delivery times
Voucher kits are normally dispatched within 1 working day to your delivery address please allow up to 6 working days for delivery of your experience day voucher pack.

Booking your experience
Booking experiences is done over the phone with your voucher kit, You will usually need to book at least 2 weeks in advance for your experience day.

We have a huge selection of experience days from hundreds of experience providers, you are sure to find something for everyone. Take a look in our Experience Days section to browse our massive range.

If you can't decide, we also offer Experience Day Choice Vouchers which offer the recipient a choice of 30 fantastic experience days from one personalised voucher.

Still unsure? We make life easy for you; Because even if your choice of experience isn't everyone's cup of tea, your voucher can still be used up to its value against any other experience day on offer when you come to book your day!

Experience Voucher Validity Time
Experience day vouchers are valid for a period 9 months and vouchers are marked with their expiry date.

If you change your mind
If you change your mind about your purchase you can return the items to us for a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in unused and re-saleable condition. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a return.
