Duration: Your flight will last approximately 45 minutes to an hour but allow 3 hours in total.

Group Size: There will be a maximum of 15 other people in the basket with you.

Spectators: Spectators are welcome to watch and follow the balloon in their own transport.

Availability: Monday to Sunday depending on location, April to October.

Fitness: The minimum height is 1.38m (4ft 6), the maximum weight is 114kg (18 stone). The flight is not suitable for those who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, or who have some heart or medical conditions. Reasonable agility is required to get into the basket.

Minimum Age: The minimum age is 16 years old. 8 to 16 year olds must be accompanied by a paying adult.
