Of course the rainbow racer isn't a substitute for proper high-visibility reflectors and bicycle lights. It just looks amazing. The Rainbow Racer clips into the hub of your wheel and trails it's light-transmittin polmer rope out to the rim, with clips to secure it to the spokes.
